Refund Policy

Aanijo IT Consultancy Services proudly stands committed to its products and is confident of the quality and value they offer. The return policy is given below:

(a) Aanijo IT Consultancy Services offers a comprehensive money back guarantee to both its customers and Aanijo IT Consultancy Services Business Associates. If any BA is not satisfied with Aanijo IT Consultancy Services product, they may return such a product which are currently in marketable and saleable condition within 30 days from the date of purchase of product and receive money back or at the discretion of Aanijo IT Consultancy Services, products equivalent to the BV of the purchased products can be issued to the BA or can issue credit note on the basis of which goods can be purchased in near future.

(b) In case the customer is not satisfied with the product and wishes to returns the product within 30 days from the date of purchase which is currently in marketable and saleable condition, it is the BA's obligation to satisfy the customer’s need for money refund or replacements of products. The BA can then return these products, with original Invoice to the Company. The Company will either refund the money or at the discretion of Company it can replace these products free of cost or the company can give the products equivalent to the BV of the products returned and also the company can issue credit note on the basis of which goods can be purchased in near future.

(c) The Aanijo IT Consultancy Services business advisor can return the product to the Companies Branch/ Franchise from which he/she has purchased the product and shall be required to submit following documents: I. Product Return Form stating the reason for return II. Original invoice

(d) Aanijo IT Consultancy Services will reverse all the commission and benefit paid for any such returned product as it would amount to cancellation of sale.
